Sam B. Nevel Inc was founded in 1964 by Sam B. Nevel. Michael Nevel began working with the company in 1974. Larry Deddy and John Schuenzel have had their State of Florida Real Estate licenses listed with Sam B. Nevel Inc., since 1998 & 2001 respectively. Sam B. Nevel, Inc has been developed with a "hands on" approach together with our architects, engineers, contractors, and other professionals.
Our team have known and conducted business with each other since the mid-1980's. In 1998, we began participating as a real estate investment team, purchasing, entitling, developing, constructing and selling properties throughout the State of Florida
